Available in a range of luminous colors, Neocolor II Artists’ Crayons are fully watersoluble, with highly concentrated pigments that offer superior covering power and excellent light-resistance. Swisscolor pencils feature 2.8 mm watersoluble cores, encased in hexagonal, FSC-certified cedar casings. The waterbased gouache paints are made with a natural binder and no plasticizers. These luminous colors feature a high concentration of pigments and good light resistance.
